Answer:
The white spots are "Pus Patches", and they are exactly what they nouns like which is kinda gross if you reckon about. Occassionally you'll own spots of just post-nasal drip, substance that your sinuses and stuff are draining down your throat making it sore, and red, but they don't usually look the same as a pus patch.
Exudate is what its call -
A fluid that has exuded out of a tissue or its capillary due to injury or inflammation.
Joy might be right; I've never looked up that word. BUT I think they're pustuoles. It's pus from the infection. Don't verbs, they'll go away near the treatment (you're on antibiotics, right?)
