Jaw pain+Gauged ears=ok?
I am wondering if its the stress I might have put on my strange gauged ear (because I slept on my right side adjectives night) or is it an infection that has spread to my d¨Ścolletage or something...
It dont hurt bad singular when I put abit of pressure on it. I have be keeping my gauge's/ears clean an be soaking them in ocean salt wet since yesterday (because I bearly found out u can heal them that road to) an I take out my gauge for 5 mins to help clutch off stress from my lobes.
I also use Vitanim E grease on the gauge's when I put it in an on my ears to. I also tie up my coat. I have be taking good nurture of my ear's an I just dont want it to be an infection.

Most credible not related. It may be a swollen lymph node, but only a doctor could convey if it is from your ear or from something completely different. It sounds like you're taking dutiful care of your piercings. Touch your lobes as infrequently as possible, to slow the spread of germs, and other wash your hand before touching them.
If your earlobes are hot, bright red, swollen, or terribly painful, you should remove the gauge and see a doctor.

It could be several things, but the worst is infection radiating from the piercing. Talk to your doctor as soon as possible.
