Immune system?

i didnt have much sleep later night...does this lower your immune system? cause you to become more prone to contracting an infectious disease? (hypochrondriac here:P)

Answer:
Lack of sleep over a period of time can indeed destabilize your immune system. When you sleep, your body uses this time to make any needed repairs to your tissue and fibers. It also give your body a chance to shut in up with you and deflect any infections or illness. I don't contemplate one night of doomed to failure sleep is anything to worry roughly speaking though.
One night does not issue, keep doing it for a month or so may bring in your immune system weaker. So don't worry if you miss a darkness or two nights of sleep in recent times don't do it for weeks and months.
