Depression & Natural ways to make higher seratonin level?
Does anyone know if in attendance is a fruit or herb I can take to elevate my seratonin levels?
*Note- I am pregnant, and no that is to say not why I am depressed or stressed, I am dealing with the loss of a people member dramatic change in income, as okay as a few other huge stressors. But due to the pregnancy there are somethings I can't do- I am also on bed rest, no walking

fun is the best medicine, i know you dont own much to laugh at right very soon.. but get a funny vidio of a funny book or while you are bed resting close your eyes and remember vertebrae to the funniest things that have happen to you it will lift your spirits. beside you not eating wont backing you or baby try a cup of tea and a dry biscuit. sometimes even chocolate can be biddable when depressed. good luck and ecstatic thoughts
If you are pregnant, don't take anything (fruit, herb or whatever) w/o your OB's approval.
My best suggestion is to exercise.
