Difficult to crash asleep and wake up within the middle of the hours of darkness really sweaty...?

I've been have a tough time with getting to sleep lately, and also I've be waking up to a sweaty pillow and sheets. I'm not sure what I can do to remedy this problem, but it's be pretty undesirable since I don't get any solid sleep usually. This problem may be related to the reality that I've been longing for feminine companionship and that's been on my mind like mad. I noticed that this problem really started when I have to leave for summer classes (to my college), and departed a girl that I like at the back. It was resembling a final blow, because this happens to me adjectives the time, were I finally come across a girl that I really like, but it doesn't work out because of external forces.

Now that I read this I can see its turned into some vent lol but still my question remains- how can I upgrade my sleep quality? I am not looking for answers such as "find a alien chick dude". Also I know someone may say to "grasp over that girl". But honestly that is not the problem, its more broad than that. Thoughts anyone?

Answer:
Try clearing your mind before you jump to sleep. Meditating or stretching can be very relieving.

Also, take home sure everything around you is pretty comfortable such as noise even, lights, temperature, etc.. be picky. You may want to invest surrounded by a really comfortable bed or padding for it, I expect you are only sleeping on it every hours of darkness.
I suggest you have your blood sugar even tested. Night sweats can suggest an organic vigour problem, such as diabetes. You may have a physical problem to be exact interfering with your talent to sleep soundly. Depression also upsets normal sleep pattern. See a doctor for a general checkup. If adjectives is OK, try relaxation techniques to try to unwind. Lots of relatives do not have regular sex, and it doesn't interfere near their sleep. Good luck.
