Yes, it is possible. My girlfriend had BAD astigmatism, and she in recent times had LASIK. Not with the sole purpose did she achieve 20/20, her astigmatism be corrected.

Yes. I have Astigmatism and until I be almost 30 had 20/20 phantasm. As you get elder the astigmatism will impact the vision as bit more. I'm not sure in the region of laser eye surgery since my vision is still well brought-up enough to avoid looking into it.
