Well, you have to be completely committed to your stretches. Whatchya do is every morning after you come out of the shower (it's best to strech while your muscles are warm) you hang over and try to touch your toes, consequently take a reflective breath and try again.repeat this process as many times until you can touch your toes. Remember that you enjoy to do this faithfully and do this 3 or 4 times a morning. Best of luck! Have a good light of day!

Well I'm athletic too and I'm very bendy. So you might wanna try yoga, or everytime you rouse up, stretch for at least 5 mins. Hope this help.
eat brocclii it make your arms longer. also stretch on the ground 2 times a day while your watching tv or what ever you should be stretching.for the up strechesdo cross overs where on earth you cross your feet and bend down. and i dont know what its call but lift your foot up facing and bend down and try to touch it.
