I am getting a job at a hospital and the human resources female said that a nurse will be doing my physical so does that mean that it will be smaller quantity extensive or can nurses give impossible to tell apart physical exam that a physician can?

A nurse is fully capable at doing a physical exam, INCLUDING listen to the heart and lungs (they do it all the time contained by the hospitals!).
There are different exam levels. How indepth your specific exam will be depends on what rank the HR department wants.

If a nurse is doing it it will probably a short time ago be height, consignment, blood pressure and temperature.
A nurse would not listen to your heart or anything resembling that unless she is a nurse practitioner.
