In summer, I grain myself terrifically tired. What should I do?
Answer:
Drink alot of water and Gatorade and stay away from sugars and caffine. Try intake healthy stuff similar to salads and fruit and get no more or smaller quantity than 7-8 hours of sleep.
the only point u can do. sleeeeeeep!! the heat make me tired too especially in the mid light of day.
Try drinking more water. The sun and the roast can zap you and that's one good route too keep mentally fit.
Do you drink satisfactory water, summer it's hot and we tend to receive more dehydrated later any other time.drink more water and maintain yourself hydrated...and you will feel much better.it really works..
Do you gain at least 6-8 hrs of sleep?
Do you exercise? that will contribute you more energy.

Sleep! Slow down a little. If you can't sleep you call for to lay down in the daytime because at darkness you're probably jittery and hyper because you can't sleep so just pocket a few hours in the daytime and newly lay down and close your eyes whether your sleeping or not. This is even a good model if you can sleep at night.
