Walking is excellent, try to walk for 1 hour respectively day and the kilos will disappear, take some fresh mineral wet with you and soak up yourself
as for the feeling dizzy, it might purely be that you aren't used to exerting yourself that much. as you get contained by shape this should change. Or it could be that you didn't enjoy enough food surrounded by your system
