Can your employer run a drug try-out in need your concent?
Please serious answers lone. I really don't care if you don't suggest I should smoke marijuana or not.. lol

if it is company policy that all human resources are drug tested prior to hire, you still need to bestow informed consent, however if you dont they dont have to hire you , nor do they hold to give you a function why they wont hire you. however if you were already hired and go through orientation and they did not inform you that you be going to be drug tested, they you can take them to court for wrongful termination, though it probably wont be worth it.
If you want to verbs working for the company you may have to steal a drug test.

Though they CAN do it if you're under 16 and your parents enunciate its okay, FYI. It happened to me, doctor told me to my frontage that she was taking the urine example to check for kidney problems, but it was basically straight up a drug test. I ruminate that's pretty messed up. Absolutley they can. When you work for someone you are working at their disposal and will play by the rules they set...or you can work somewhere else.
Almost every employer of any worth whatsoever is very soon drug screening, did you read the fine print on your employment agreement?
Also they have the right to fire you on the spot for a positive drug testing if they so choose to... Which will also show up on any severance claim you may file. what you do near your life is not for me or anyone else to deem, but just the same employer have their rights too, and if you rebuff to comply with a drug/ tox eyeshade test it is considered an entry of guilt and you will most likely acquire fired too...
