High temps and medication?
I thought about rime, but I don't want the condensation to ruin the pills. Will they be ok?

Unless the meds are liquid, you should hold no problem.

you can put them in a airtight plastic case and put them in a rime chest or if you go to the motel they will hold them astern the counter if they know you are checking in...hope it help
What about the gel pack that you can use to keep injuries iced? You shouldn't win any condensation from those. And they will keep the meds cool.
Most medicine need to be kept within a cool dark place. So if you can't hold on to them with you, you'll want to preserve them in some category of sealed container surrounded by a cooler.
