I feel for you, I own and sometimes still do suffer from anxiety, and it isn't fun.
One of the things you have to do to moderate your anxiety is to help yourself gain out of concentrating on your anxiety. It may sound strange right immediately, but as things change you see what I plan.

1) Definitely deep breathing
2) Proper diet
3) Exercise (helps alot)
4) Proper sleep
5) Positive thoughts
6) Music (listening to music help me so much, it's almost like hours of darkness and day)
7) Learning to laugh more (this is the best one)

Believe me, you're not alone, Honestly, another piece you should really do is to talk to someone (maybe a therapist), chitchat things out really does help, or friends or domestic. Eventually you will realize that the things that gave you so much anxiety, really don't cause a difference to you.
