How do i product this anxiety problem travel away?

I get this ALOT. My heart starts hammering fast, my breathings shallow, i play alot, my stomach hurts, like butterflys and i bring back really panicky and anxious, over alot of different situations,and sometimes there isn't even a situation, it in recent times suddenly happens. I reason it's because of some personal things going on in my natural life, but how do i make this stop short telling anybody? Or medication...any philosophy?

This could be a nouns disorder, but that is not for sure. I really would not suggest trying to fix this in need talking to someone. For years, I struggled near telling my doctor in the region of anxiety I experienced in social situations, and finally I get up enough courage to mention it. Of course, you touch stupid at first, but the doctor does not react resembling you think he/she will. They are in fact very supportive. Now, my doctor recommended Zoloft, but if you do not want to use medication, later there are other ways to overcome anxiety. You can link a group where you are put into situations that as a rule cause you anxiety, and they will tutor you how to cope in those situations. It is really up to you and what you are of a mind to do to feel fit and happy. I would suggest conversation to your doctor as your first step, he/she will give you your option.
Hun is sounds like ur suffering from what they hail as a panic disorder. sometimes it can come on you minus warning or short any explaination. i suffer with it on a daily basis and altho i am not on Meds for it it would be a good perception for you to go and see a doctor u may require meds to give support to you hun.hope i helped somewhat. u can also check on the web on the subject going on for Panic attacks you may learn what u stipulation to know but do go and see a doctor...
