Worried just about my gran's second paw smoke?

I've lived with my grandparents for give or take a few 5 years and probably won't be moving out for another few years. Lately I've been really paranoid something like my health and getting poorly and am trying to eat and live more healthily, but one entity I can't control is breathing in my gran's second mitt smoke. She smokes very heavily and is unlikely to ever quit. However, she mostly smokes within the living room downstairs and I spend most of my time in the house within my upstairs bedroom, although I know I'm probably still being exposed to the smoke. Would keeping the window in my room stretch out reduce the risk of her smoking detrimental my health? I don't want to nouns like a smug non smoker but I'm such a hypochondriac lately (especially give or take a few having or developing cancer) and I'm realistically concerned about this. Is her smoking a significant threat to my condition?

* Maintain lung health beside foods rich in vitamin E (such as nuts) and beta-carotene (such as sweet potatoes, carrots), not relying on supplements.
* Eat more fish; this may also sustain protect your cardiovascular system.

the foremost problem you have is not the second paw smoke that is outstandingly unlikely to harm you . what is much more probable to harm you is your stress . revise to relax go next to the flow and dont be worried.
It can be but why not politely ask her if she would smoke outside and not in the house. Tell her your clothes and bed linens are starting to smell approaching smoke and it is starting to give you headache or something along this line.

my god mother smokes to mabey if u ask her to put a disciple in the pane so the smoke blows out but staying in youre room next to the windows amenable should help but i hope u dnt gain 2nd hand smoke
I don't deliberate its going to hurt you! I've been around smoke adjectives my life! Besides if you don't close to it and your so worried why not just move out! Its your grans house and she have the right to do as she wants! So please don't ask her to progress outside to smoke!
