Answer:
I have hear that taking vitamin C will help next to a sunburn but I have no direct proof within that direction. Vitamin C will help you restore to health overall, it's a very adjectives supplement to take every daylight, not just on episode. As far as aloe vera goes it particularly is a winner within treating sunburns or any type of minor burns for that matter. One of the best treatments I enjoy found is an after sun lotion, a good brand for to be exact Banana Boat. Regular lotions have alcohol surrounded by them which can make your skin dry out and coating faster, not to mention the pain you'll surface when applying alcohol on sunburned skin. I found that if you are using an after sun lotion, it feels much better to own it slightly refridgerated before you apply it, it's a moment ago a comfort thing.

Put vinegar into a spray bottle and spray it on. It is the best. It take the hot out, and you'll get really melt for a few minutes, and then you can touch the skin lacking it hurting.
Dermaplast spray numbs the nerves too.
If you get sunburn cold yoghurt is the best bet to nick the heat out of it. We used to use sour milk but it stank. It does work though - within is something in milk products that not solely helps to cool the skin but help the sunburned areas to heal.
