Yes. When the sympotms don't so much feel similar to they are of the acidic multiplicity but cause generalised chest stomach-ache, I have manage to let myself believe that Iam dying and the madness gets unchecked. It's one of the most uncool feelings contained by the world. I think the torment sets you on edge and your stress tolerance go way down. Hi, sorry to hear you are feeling unpromising. If you want to try some self-help, the following steps should help remove (or significantly reduce) your panic attacks:
1. Breathe properly - if you control your breathing, you control madness. As soon as you notice the signs of anxiety, check your breathing: breathe contained by slowly through your nose pushing your tummy out (to the count of 5 or so). Breathe out slowly and for a bit longer (to the count of 7 or so) through your mouth. Do not breathe speedily or shallowly (in the chest area). This will soon restore the balance of oxygen and you will quality a lot better.
2. Cognitive Behavioural Therapy! CBT is proven to be the most efficient thing for anxiety. It take a bit of work, but it is super effective. (After 15 years of frenzy attacks, mine stopped completely). You can take a course for free online at: http://www.livinglifetothefull.com/... It have been funded by NHS Scotland and have had great results thus far.
3. Try relaxation exercise tape (progressive muscular relaxation). They really help if you practise repeatedly enough. This site have instructions on how to do it without the tape (and other useful info): http://www.cci.form.wa.gov.au/resource...
With each step practise make perfect. I hope you grain better soon. Best of luck!
