that email was retarted. you dont own to cut yourself to be emo, the idea trailing cutting is that you inflict physical spasm on yourself to take away from the mental distress. im emo and i dont cut myself. as to the cure, you cant really cure it, you could try to get her to counseling close to those other people said. but what i do is, when i attain depressed and suicidal, ive found an output for it. instead of hurting myself or others, i channel my thoughts onto paper(i write poems.)

The email, to me, seems pretty dramatic, so i don't come up with she will do it. When you have a yak with her, be firm and serious. Remind her of adjectives the good times u guys have and all of the well brought-up times she will miss if she commits suicide. Talk about the problems surrounded by her life and that you will be here to support her. Lastly, (and do this quickly) talk to her parents.
