I have a problem where i smell like sulphate and a pooh smell. O nly Antibiotics seem to fix it .?

Find another doctor. Your current one seems to be fixing the symptoms but not trying to find out why you are like that.
Maybe you need to try echinacea. It is an herb that helps eliminate infections. You can get it at any drug store over the counter usually in the herb and vitamin aisle.
Or try garlic, it couldn't hurt.
Is the odour from urine infections or general body/perspiration.
If urine is the origin, try drinking cranberry juice every day. Herbal teas can reduce BO as well. Drink plenty of water.
