Drinking problem. pleeze assistance?
I want to stop but I cant, I basically cant pull together the will power to avoid going to the bottle shop, and first night the bottle..
Just to have one drink, after one leads to another and in the past i know its gone.
Can any one help beside some advice.
Answers: i quit over 7 yrs ago and i drank darn close every day for over 20 yrs.It can be done but you really get to be ready to quit.Tell your relations or close friends because youll need support from them.You can try AA but its not for everyone.Just give an account yourself im not gonna drink today then inform yourself the same item tomorow.Thats what i used to do ,now its purely second nature.You may find out that its intricate to hang out beside your good timing event pals but you will find out who your valid friends are!Good luck to youand i know you can do it if i could quit anyone can!
get your crap together and stop. knock some sense into yourself.
