Is it possible to have lactic acid bubbles down the back of the thighs?

I have these hard ridges that form in rows from under my buttocks to my knees, only on the back and inner thighs. They're pretty firm and attached to my muscle and hurt when you apply pressure. They're deep and make it seem like I have cellulite on the back of my legs by pushing my fat up, even though I don't have cellulite. I've had this for 5 years and it hasn't reduced after the last 3 years of cardio 5 days a week. Is this a medical problem or does everyone have ridges on the back of their legs? If you lay on your back and hold your leg up so your muscle is tight, press along down to your knee. Are there any lumps/ridges going down your muscle? I know this sounds really strange but I just hope it's not cancer. Thanks!

Answer:
the next time you switch on your television , tune in to some sports channel where there's an athletics event going on. you will notice that the runners will have the same ridges that you described, going from the back of their butt to the back of the knee. they are called the hamstring muscles, and they join the gluteal region ie, the butt to the patellar region.
everybody has them , but they are more developed if you have been exercising regularly.
so , dont worry.n happy exercising!!
