Why do i do this!!?

after exercise/cleaning i shake really bad...so doomed to failure i cant use my thumb to text on my mobile because its shaking so weakly.? why is this?
i also get these shakes if i own to do something with great concentration and individuals are watching or a presentation...its uncontrollable!!

I suggest you are having two different types of shakes. For the first one everyone else is right be paid sure you drink enough wet and maybe an hour or two beforehand you exercise have a banana for extra drive.

The second problem seems more stress induced and it is one that I can really relate to. I have the same problem for ages shaking angrily to the point of being sick until that time presentations. Which was odd because it was something I grew within to and I didn't have this problem beforehand. I spoke to a trainer who deals near these problems and she gave told me to do the following. Make a account of ten completely unrelated things and memorise it. When you feel the start of shakes start forcing yourself to recall the catalogue over and over again until you stop. The first couple of time it didn't work for me but then it started to. The other item is to be as prepared as you possibily can so that you feel confident.

It is especially frustrating but you will get through it
sometimes i surface the same after working out...or cleaning at work! and sometimes i cant even write next to a pen! I am not really sure what causes this, but i of late wanted to consent to u know ur not the only 1!

drink lots and devour something, don't let your blood sugar win to low, Don't exercise until you eat something but permit it go down or you'll feel pain! if you cant do that then drink something when you finish.
Are working out hard? If so, are you cooling down at a snail`s pace or are you stopping your exercise abruptly? If you stop rapidly your circulation will be challenged and denial of oxygen to the muscles will cause them to spasm.

Get suggestion from a trainer about adjectives aspects of excercise eg fluid intake, warming up and cooling down period, working aerobicly and checking your heartbeat etc

Your trembling could be simply because youre not used to a strenuous workout and if it is next its a matter that you want to discuss with your doctor. Try joining a group exercise class who will school you how to exercise your body properly including warming up the muscles and keeping yourself hydrated throughout.

It is considerable though that if you get self-conscious or find it hard to breathe during these exercises that you aim medical advice to sort sure there isnt any underlying problems.

I get it after heavily built excercise but it dont bother me as it wears bad in time
perchance u need to walk to the doctor. or maybe ur muscles are scrawny to handle exercise or any other house chores
I ,m a seventy year outdated who has suffered this problem (As did my Mother, Brothers and Sisters) for adjectives my life. It is embarrasing and make it almost impossible to drink or eat minus spilling it down ones front. Look online for essential tremens this will explain.
