I've read about this (I be curious because I always hear growing up that it would cause arthritis) and nearby haven't been any connections, as of the report I read, between cracking knuckles and gloomy side effects. Apparently, that noise is air/gas bubbles that are popping when you are going through the whereabouts of cracking joints. Why? Not too sure. Damaging? Seemingly no.
its adjectives bologny... it wont give you arthritis, i do it adjectives the time. It helps your hand in some agency. If im wrong, then i am at most minuscule right about the fluid division, thats just disgusting
