Is too much muscle twitches doomed to failure?
what can I drink or take to kinda slow it down? i hear magnesium and potassium helps. so I guess, devour more bananas? lol
I don't mind it really, I'm just curious as to why almost every single piece of my body twitches. it's kinda weird to keep under surveillance my muscles move on their own...unusual feeling too

Magnesium and potassium might both back.
There is plenty of magnesium in nuts.
I suggest so maybe you should see a doctor and it could be the food you get through
muscle twitches are normal for abundantly of people but if you are getting it adjectives over as you say later you may have a bigger problem such as MS or cheek damage some where on earth.
As nerves can cause muscle twitching also it could be that you are over straining your body and your muscle counter but you should see a doctor to eliminate serious complaint
It depends. If the twitches are keeping you from doing something, such as writing, then you should dance to the doctor, as it could be indicative of a problem. If not, I'm glad you enjoy watching them!
