I am going to sleep away military camp
for a week
in two days.
I inevitability tips.
I though I would've stopped by now.
I am full of anxiety.

OK don;t be upset my mother always hobby me extra sheets and the wet blanket beside extra PJ's. but like the RN said and so did my mother stop drinking around 6pm unless its adjectives nighter and stop a few hours before you hold to go to sleep. pee a few times even if you regard as you can't right as your getting ready for bed i would stir to the bath house pee , brush my teeth convert my clothes pee and go to the lodge if i even thought i had to of late a dribble i went and tried. But please don;t be upset and tell your counselor or your country house dean leader so when it does evolve they can take your sheets and procure them cleaned with out any one knowing and see you don;t hold to wake any one up to detail them about it rationale you have the extras put them on and run back to bed and within the morning tell them you obligation your clothes and sheets washed and they should mine did beside out a care and didn't utter anything back at me.

okay, there is other depends. Seriously, don't drink anything within three hours of bedtime, urinate earlier you go to bed...that should maintain you dry until morning. Have you been checked by a doctor to clear sure there isn't a physical problem, if then you should.
do you typically wet the bed around impossible to tell apart time every night? you could set an alarm to wake up yourself up every 2-3 hours and hit the head so you don't raining the bed.
Hey you are not alone. Just don't drink ANYTHING at least 2 hours in the past bed. Shower pee and go to bed. If you want ( I did this for a while ) set alarm for 2am and get up up and pee then be in motion back to bed. Good luck and own fun at camp.
Just brand sure you drink plenty of water during the hours of daylight. And if you want- sleep with a hip bath towel under you- anyone asks let somebody know them you sweat a lot contained by your sleep when away from home and hate that clammy sense.
Well I would try not to drink to much water or anything formerly bed time I would say 3 hours since make sure you clean your bladder completely. You could also make yourself rouse up once during the night and stir urinate and that should help alleviate the problem. You could also where on earth I know the word sound depressing and crushing you could where some time of depends which they formulate them so much like regular underwear currently. You shouldn't drink anything at least 3 hours beforehand bed and empty your bladder past bed, other than that I can't construe of whatelse you could do.maybe you should bring back some medical advice...in that could be a serious problem.if your diabetic stay away from sugar since high blood sugar make you have to pee alot.
Go to the chiropractor ASAP.it worked close to a charm for my brother. Something could be out of wack and is pushing on your bladder, well this is what cause my brothers bedwetting. so the chiropractor straightened him up and now my bro have never wet the bed ever since and this took place almost 9 years ago.
