It sounds similar to you did coke. If you did, what you described doesnt sound out of the tedious. If you were basically smoking weed, theres something wrong with you .. you shouldnt enjoy felt close to that.
Well, I suppose it depends on what drug you were on. If it be a stimulant, it will make you excited and do your heart to beat faster, and you freaking out going on for feeling your heart will trademark it go even more faster. If it be cannabis (marijuana), then plenty of associates supposedly feel their heart quicken, credible due to the effects of being large.
I wouldn't recommend using drugs, but from what I hear, what you went through doesn't nouns uncommon. Still, it could be treacherous. Many people budge to the ER for stuff like that. (I'm not a doctor, so my direction is not as good)

Some times when you smoke pot, if your contained by the right mind set, you can get really really giant. If you let your brain move about then some times you get the impression like your not really alive, and you hold no idea what is going on.
I dont regard as its anything to worry nearly. I've smoked for a year, and i've have have a lot of times that i perceive like that. Its purely part of the soaring.
Now i dont know what kind of weed u have, and how much you smoked, but most people capture that way if they smoke to much. Everytime i've gotten approaching that, it was because i be allready really high, but i kept on smoking. Each being has a plane to how high they can seize, and after you reach that smooth your high can start to perceive like an tart trip. lol.
