Help!!?!?

I have done deeply of intense running in the end few weeks. and for 3 days, my ankles have be very sore and stiff surrounded by the morning. Help? it's really painful.

Take a break from running for a while. The judgment your ankels hurt is because you don't have the right generous of shoes! Don't feel desperate I did the same entity!!

Take Rest For Some time. Most substantial thing this is due to Cold atmosphere. Take a Bucket chock-a-block with hot Water.
Remember not so much HOT. Put 2 pinch of brackish and soda in it put your legs within it for 20 minutes. take out your legs and very soon apply any "Moisturising cream" on it. Better do this procedure in darkness. This was the solution for your legs become "very sore and stiff".

Now Comming towards your Pain:
In the morning, First do one point :---
Take a Medium Piece of Ginger take out the Juice of it.
Without count anything in it drink.
Drink Once a time.
It will be not a Glass ful of Juice but 2 Spoon will Cure you within 3 Days.
When You Will Drink For Some time You will Expereience that "Air is comming out from your Ears".
