I have a 4 year old son and he's always yawned several times each night while he's sleeping. I've never heard or seen it happen before by anyone else. He also twitches quite a lot while sleeping. Is this normal? Does it signify something, if at all?
Answer:
its all normal believe it or not you yawn while you sleep as well its not a tired thing exclusively but a way to get more air in your lungs. the twitching is normal just llittle involantary movements at night
