Is it average for kids to cough after have done some sort of physical entertainment.?

If he is doing alot of running or over exerting then it may only be from that but if he just runs 20 foot or so then it could be asthma problems.
Sounds kinda resembling asthma problems.
I'd say you better get hold of him checked for breathing problems if the coughing is bad becasue that isn't mundane.
He may have exercise induced asthma. Take him to the doctor to capture it checked out. Good luck. My daughter has asthma.
I would clutch him to the Dr's he might have asthma.

As others own said, it sounds like asthma. However it happen to me and I do not have asthma; I enjoy allergies and when they are bothering me physical activity really sets past its sell-by date the coughing.
Have your son checked by a doctor. If you don't have insurance, the conducting tests for asthma is not very expensive. The medication can be expensive though. He may a moment ago need to use an inhaler beforehand (and perhaps after) physical commotion. My nephew outgrew his after the age of 12.

that happens to me and i have asthma
if he doesnt get attacks commonly it probably just a seasonal item but physical activities cause coughing
really it doesnt hurt anything but its a minor annoyance
