I've heard this going on for menstrual periods. I ask this because for yesteryear year I have gotten into exercising on a regular reason. My menstrual period comes regularly at the right time and it last the usual 5 days, but the last 3 days are also much lighter than back. Just want to make sure that this is the drive why. I'm not pregnant or anything either population. Thanks!

but i regard that people near more weight attain a heavier period...
