i had microdisectomy L5S1 end year but never really had a fruitless ache. since consequently i even go for walk regularly but no excercise. 10 days back i have to work on my college project so i sat within front of the computer from 11 to 7pm for 2 days. but i did take breaks contained by between. since then i upper spinal column and back of nouns is aching. its get ok after a while but starts again even if i sit for 10 minutes in front of the computer or work surrounded by kitchen like after adjectives 3 apples... do u think itz serious... should i see a doctor.... plzzzz comfort... should i do excercises... howz Mc.kenzie's book 'treat your own back' . does it help..gratitude...

Most people do not sit properly at the desk, and it cause all sorts of issues - and backache. It also helps to enjoy a proper chair near good support, at the proper plane, and all of that. Of course, your monitor and the ivories need to be placed properly as ably or your neck will go and get royally screwed up. Just look up some info on ergonomics for tips.
