I know that I damn well should. For adjectives the reasons that you've planned. I suffer from P.A.D. so the walking would be even more beneficial for me. Need to keep the blood flowing contained by my leg.
I do I make it a point to bearing to the fridge and bathroom at least 4 times a daytime
I do but its more because of financial reasons than fitness.
I other park at the last parking space at the grocery store or shopping precinct, everytime I go, and I tramp it, rain or shine. yes it feel GREAT!!.
I walk adjectives day everyday for my commission...so I tend not to want to do any recreational walking once I get home. Kind of the oppossite of everyone else..I hoof it all light of day and veg on the computer all hours of darkness.
I walked just about 3-4 times a week for 1and 1/2 miles in 45 minutes. Watched what I ate (kind of) and lost 67lbs contained by 6 months!
