Professional details nearly buying fish grease..pls..?
Fish, and consequently fish oil contains tiny amount of mercury, front and cadmium normally..right ?? Now would a well brought-up professional company say on the bottle that the grease is lead, mercury and cadmium free ?? I penny-pinching, is it advisable for anyone to buy a bottle with this information ??
I go to store and saw some bottles are packed into a cardpaper, but some aren't, but are exposed to particularly bright light on a shop shelf, is this another point that informs the customer that the compnay which put on Dutch auction their oil lacking cardboard, is not the first one to trust.. ??
Could you give any direction of what I should check before I buy fish grease ??
Answers: You should go to a GNC when buying something approaching fish oil.
The BEST fish grease out there is one made by the company, "Nordic Natural's". They form just omega 3, or omega 3, 6, and 9. And they form other stuff. I just can't remember. lol It help a lot beside things like joint, good skin and curls...etc
Yes, lead, mercury, and cadmium are bleak in fish grease.
For fish oil, of late make sure it's surrounded by a good bottle that the sun can't shine through. If it does, ably.. it's bad.
=/
When you thieve fish oil, gross sure your breath does NOT smell like fish. If it does, the company make horrible fish oil, or the fish grease is OLD.
If you don't want fish oil because you're still "not sure", you can try flaxseed grease. I think it taste nasty as shizzz.. but it's apposite for you, just resembling fish oil (omegasss!). Most relations take it near their cereal, or put it in their yogurt or something.
Good luck!
You should buy a brand that's in good health known and sometimes some of them have in their sign "tested for lead or mercury levels".
