Sometimes bowel spasms can happen even when you are not constipated. My daughter get horrible abdominal pain sometimes. She get easily constipated. I have the same problem - sometimes it would individual hurt if I bent over and hit my stomach a certain route and what not, other times it hurt like principal cramps in my belly. I did notice mine get a lot worse when I lounge down, get worried or anxious, or get super stressed out at college. Then when I come home I found out my mom was suffering from equal kinda stuff and was diagnosed next to acid reflux disease. is it at adjectives possible that this is what your daughter has??
At age 12 I'd read out indigestion. She's too young for anything impossible - or at least the probability are in her favor. Perhaps see if she have these pains after eating a specific feast or kind of food.

Most predictable she has a food allergy. Start eliminate or adding foods so that you can isolate it. Once you do, stop that food.

i get anxiety during my vacation and i usually start getting lots of abdominal pain resembling if i had an spot..usually it only happen DURING my vacation because i dont hold anything to keep my mind past its sell-by date of things and then im other thinking its gonna come back and it usually does..you really hold to keep your daughter busy and support her have fun..i still suggest using antacids for the time man..it doesnt help adjectives the time with me any but sometimes i make my brain believe it does..lol i also discovered near all this anxiety i have i discovered i had sharp reflux..so its nothing unspeakably serious

Im am 24 and Im also going through the same article! Im going on to my 3rd test for this. They told me it could be my gallbladder but most experiment have come back usual. I also have anxiety. I am on tablets called Levprin for IBS but zilch seems to be helping. Im am terrifically well thinking it could be my anxiety to be exact causing the affliction in my stomach. I pilfer a pill called ativan that does relieve calm my nerves when my anxiety kick in. Hope everything come out ok beside her
