Help constipated!?
Answer:
Lots of fruit and veg, and hose. If you're in a strength food shop (or a decent supermarket) look for products close to Califig or anything with unprocessed Senna. These will help resembling prunes. Try to avoid indigestion tablets or codeine, as they'll keep you bunged.
Another entity you can try (works better for some than others) is to make a loose fist and rub your tummy. Start at the bottom of your rib cage on your right, move along the rib shut within, down, back along the pubic bone and up again. Repeat. This stimulates the body's raw digestive motion and can get things moving. Or if you know anyone who does reiki, ask for a treatment. It really make you need the loo.
Not incredibly pleasant, but if you're desperate, a bit of Vaseline around the exit can help too.
Good luck!

Anything with a lofty fibre content, fruit, veg, wholemeal bread, wholefoods. Meat, fish, lettuce, eggs enjoy very little roughage, so don't eat too much of them [although they are massively good for you surrounded by ohter ways]. Also make sure you drink plenty of hose down.
