Healthy Weight?

I'm on average 109 or 110 pounds. I'm 5 foot and in my overdue teens. Is this a good weightiness range for me? Should I be lighter? Even though my friends articulate I'm not fat, I still expect it.

You're perfectly fine. If you check your BMI, you range at 21,5, and the Normal capacity weight is from 18.5 to 24.5. You couldn't be more int he middle!!
For your stage, you would have to weigh 128 lbs, so another 18 pounds to be considered overweight... It's common that you're self conscious at your age, but it'll pass and you'll eventually perceive realyl great about your body!! If you look cooking oil (belly, thighs, etc) do some weight lifting to serve tone those muscles, it'll turn the fat into muscles. Good luck!
i cant answer that because im 15 and i weightiness 81 pounds sadly but if ur similar to 17 or 18 i think 109 is too watered-down maybe hit 130 or 140
if you own already decided surrounded by your mind you are fat, later no answer will help you.
