If you are looking for a better and more even weight distribution, see a foot Dr / podiatrist. Correcting peoples foot problems is what they do.
I don't know if there's going to much that you can do around this - they are probably wearing down like that because of the process that you walk.

it all have to do with the opening you walk. I wear both of my shoes out at different rates because I hold a hip problem. The only road to reduce shoe-wear is to label sure they fit properly and you don't scuff or drag them when you walk.
Otherwise it's a intuitive process and there's nothing you can do to avoid it. even if you have a layer of metal put over the souls of your shoes you'd wear through it eventually,
