Answer:
you are experiencing a head rush, my dear. totally common
Orthostatic hypotension (also known as postural hypotension and, colloquially, as lead rush) is a sudden fall within blood pressure that occurs when a individual assumes a standing position. Symptoms, which generally materialize after sudden standing, include dizziness, lightheadedness, blurred vision, and syncope (temporary loss of consciousness).

Sounds resembling Orthostatic Hypotention. This is when your blood pressure drops as you change position (From lay to a sitting position, or from sitting to standing). This is a common side effect when taking blood pressure medication. Decrease symtoms by shifting position slowly. For ex: don't just bound out of bed, first sit up, stay a few seconds, consequently stand up. If you're not on B/P meds, then you could be desiccated. Increase your fluids and eat something salt (pretzels). This should help! Good luck!
samething come up to me when i got up and start stretching everything turn pitch black for around 5 sec i guess its the bloodflow in the brain
When you sit you are relaxed and smaller amount oxygen enters your brain and when you stand up your brain does not own enough oxygen as a result you feel similar to this.
A solution to prevent this by 40% is to drink 2-4 cups of very thaw out coffee in 10 minutes or untill you sweat. Coffee keep your brain to be alert and your brain will continue to receive oxygen.
