Can anyone explain why does one return with frozen foot??

My feet are unanimously frozen...I get below 2 duvets, rub them, and after a few hours they are still cold...can anyone explain why does this happen??
Thanks

Answer:
Feet and toes are across the world the coldest parts of the body because they are the farthest away from the heart. Ideally it would be functional for you to increase the blood flow to your extremities through constant activity. Also look into foods that diluted your blood to make it easier to pump, such as dampen and anything with sugar.

A impermanent solution would be to put your feet within warm hose, then progressively donate hot water as your foot get acclimated to the heat. Hope this helps!
cold foot is a sign of vitamin defficiency,or you are under stress,it is preferable that you consult a physician and carry the proper treatment.but nothing to verbs for.
When you find out, do let me know. I'm the exact same instrument. Hubby not too happy when I try to thaw them up as he sleeps hot. ?
