Apply it after you clean near soap and water at lowest in the morning and at hours of darkness. You CAN put some desitin over it if it makes you more comfortable. It may sting for a while at first, but I promise it will work. You can buy it at any pharmacy and there are other generic brands. I believe the name brand is LOTRIMIN AF.

Try an gel called "Triple paste". You enjoy to ask the pharmacist for it--it's expensive but it's used for babies and it's great.
Before you use it, take a thaw bath next to baking soda to neutralize any acid remaining. Then, especially if you have the privacy, pass it a good nouns drying--then apply the Triple Paste.
You'll be better right away.

You really want to see a doctor. It isn't normal to own scabbing even after 2 weeks of diarrhea. The doctor can prescribe a stronger topical painkiller as capably as an oral one.
