It's probably a couple of things.
1. You don't drink properly on a work day. Keep the lunch to fresh veggies (salads etc) or fruit. (I similar to a big bowl of mixed fresh fruit - and yeah I sneak cream onto it at every opportunity I get) The natural sugars are dynamism.
Don't eat brawny and avoid bread and don't drink tea or coffee all afternoon at work - none, drink river.
2. Immediately you get home do not sit, stay moving or at least find in a brisk amble - you need to catch the oxygen in and also hold a small energy snack and something to drink.
PS: boredom lead to tired and so does stress and I find Boredom also ='s Stress for me.

PPS: I don't preserve schedules because schedule bore me and 1 more thing I find the more I sleep the more I want to sleep.
Maybe something approaching "Rozerom" or something like that could minister to. Go to sleep early. Set up some genus of schedule. For example:
6:30- Wake up, Take a shower, Eat breakfast
7-4- Work
5-6-Start finishing errands
7:00-Start making dinner, Eat dinner, verbs table
7:30-8:30-Finish rest of errands
8:00-Brush teeth, read a book
8:30-9:00-Go to sleep
~Drink coffee in the morning!
