Do you know of any fitting accomplishments to sharpen your brain?

I feel as I am getting ancient, I am going from being brilliant to merely having above average intelligence. I am looking for suggestions to stop this gradual decline.

Answer:
Go fund to school. That's what I did. (What a huge disobey!)

The studies show that with stimulation, you can retain intel. and that it's in actual fact higher level because it's integrated with existence experience. What we lose, and don't seem to know how to get backbone, is the quickness.

Other than writing research papers and studying for exams, I've heard Suduko is pious.
suduko!
An old fashioned pencil sharpener is what I use..
Suduko or crossword puzzles. Math is also a great brain stimulator.
sudoku, logic puzzles, and well-mannered ole fashioned jigsaw puzzles should keep you sharp
You should do sudokus, crossword puzzles, or word search. They can really get your brain going. Also, at hand is this product out called Eye-Q. It's a computer program. You might hold seen commercials for it, but it looks close to it really works.
Crossword puzzles..not the easy ones though.
-Read (books, the media, online articles)
-Do crosswords & word search puzzles
-Take a class at the community college--something interesting, that you are not so acquainted with
-Watch the school TV channels (PBS, History, Biography, The Learning Channel, etc.)
-Walking & other exercise--not single good for the body--good for the mind
read, suduko, crosswords, darkness classes?
