I had the Paragard IUD put within. I don't know if I should start vigorous excerising right away. Does anyone know roughly speaking this? I've never had a babe-in-arms so it was a moment or two painful when it be placed in. I've read that the body can reject. I in recent times want to know what I should try to prevent until my body gets used to this.

You know your body and your limitations if you begin exercise again and start to surface uncomfortable next give it a rest. Your body will tolerate you know.
