Answer:
Sugar is a food that can make you hyper. Have you have coffee and feel so awake? That's because the caffeine is making you get the impression hyper. It also depends on your body. Everybody's body is different from each other. You may be awake because you have sugar and someone else is just someone who is awake right away. It depends on how your body runs. I might be better surrounded by the morning then at dark and you may be good at hours of darkness then within the morning. It's nothing to be really worried just about it's just your metabolism. Ask your doctor give or take a few what you can do about trying to be awake short eating sugar. This process you can still be healthy and stay awake!
sugar is an force sapper. period.
I reflect on it's all surrounded by your head.
Sugar if truth be told doesn't give you a "high" or breed you "crash".

You might want to pay attention to what you're drinking that wakes you up. unless it's pure sugar.

& if someone is using sugar to rouse themselves up it's probably not very honest for their health.
it is a absolutely physical problem. you may have a low blood sugar, and you should be checked. You may own juvenile diabetes. Go check yourself immediately! Do a blood interview and tell your doctor just about this. Good luck!
Table sugar is bad for you because it have no nutritional value and is in recent times calories that give you a bit of instant vim that does not last highly long.
