Can't sleep?

I lay in bed for 3-4 hours every hours of darkness before I in actual fact fall asleep, and it's so frustrating.
I excercise for an hour a daytime, and my job keep me on my feet adjectives day, and I've cut out caffeine from my diet. Still no results!
Does anyone hold any suggestions that DON'T involve medication?

Good choice that you are not taking drugs. They can make the situation worse. If you bring up to date this problem to a doctor, he/she will definitely prescribe you a sleeping pill.

Now some suggestions I believe can lend a hand you:

1. Don't take your problems/stress/plans to bed.
2. Don't devour heavily or very in arrears.
3. Watch a comedy on TV, read a book, or answer some new question and share your information, helping somebody out there, until you get the impression sleepy.
4. If you have punch, try to do that exercising in the evening so you can get hold of more tired, which can help you tip out asleep.
5. Drink a hot cup of chamomile tea, which is known to give support to for various issues, including relaxing you and making you decline asleep. If you have some stomach issues (such as gas, and acidity/heartburn,) which tea can motivation to some people, pocket it with a cookie or a saltine.
6. Put a relaxing music on a disc, which can finish an hour later, after you own fallen asleep.

If you cannot sleep, achieve out of bed and do something until you feel sleepy. Tossing and turning merely makes the situation worse.
Take your mind off.from work and other stuff which might interfere your "process of sleeping". Lastly try to relax when u are going to sleep.
Get out of bed, own a cup of tea, relax.
Have a glass of thaw milk before sleep...can also try aromatherapy..lavender can put together u sleep better...i had tried this 2 method, relatively usefull.. hope can help...
try turning on the stereo or radio, listen to some music while you're trying to sleep and move out it on for the night. surprisingly, some relatives sleep better with the nouns
im not sure if this will work for u, but it works for 95% of my insomnia cases. I take a shotglass full of choya(this japanese wine that claims to level-headed u down) and my mind does relax after that and i can sleep.
Just read a lot.
Read a book that you will swot something.


If your married, you can do what you want with your partner.
I mingy, you know what i mean.



Then if youre alone, you can do it by yourself. I indicate, you can enjoy yourself by the power of your hand. if you will have a great fun and study. you will sleep tightly and have a sweet dreams.

take a reheat bath,
relax (read books or listen to soft musics),
drink thaw milk (contains tryptophan that aids in sleeping), meditate
don't munch through on dinner foods w/ high caffeine content close to chocolates,soft drinks, coffee etc.
Maybe you are just too wound up from the days events. Sometimes I can't gain to sleep if something has bothered me during the light of day. I never take any form of a sleep aid. I amount the body will eventually sleep, if not that hours of darkness....the next hours of darkness. Sometimes, I don't feel close to I even slept at all. I feel that is regular also. Good luck.
You might try a low dose of melatonin which is a sleep aid. It's over-the counter and you don't need a prescription.
