I feel would be impossible and my friend say a doctor would be able to do it... It's a wierd give somebody the third degree i know but we are really getting into a debate about it.. I regard as you can't forget how cause you'd die, but he say enough trauma to the brain can lead to it... So if that's possible how would you teach someone how to swallow again?

alike way a child learns...put something that taste good within his mouth, he better swallow it or you shove it down his throat...really though, if he sees you doing it he will do it instinctively too.
I don't believe it is possible to instruct someone how to sallow, so I hold to agree with you. It might be I guess, not really sure, but I don't believe it is possible.
The sallowing commotion is more of something you just DO. It is approaching breathing, it just comes to you.
