Feels like i've got a cold but i haven't?
It happens maybe once or twice a month since the birth of my baby (8 months) She's very hard work and i need all my energy to keep up with her so i could do without these sudden bouts that last a few days.
Does anyone have any ideas what it could be?
Answer:
Sounds to me as you are absolutely exhausted and you should consult your doctor . It could simply be connected to a minor blood issue and you may need something like an iron tonic . Your GP will be very understanding and it certainly seems to be connected to pregnancy and birth when all your energy is passed on to baby
Also maybe you need a bit of help from your partner , or parents . Even if it is only taking charge of the youngster for the odd couple of hours every couple of days.
I hope you are back to full strength soon
may also be hayfever
i'll make sure I tell him when I see him
You're run down since the birth of your baby.
When you feel it coming on take vitamin C & try to get more sleep
It happened to me so I took cold medicines anyway and then it all happened. Runny nose, cough, the lot. Its latent.
I think that it's just over tiredness i very often feel the same and my little one is 11 months! If your concerned/worried go and see your gp! xxx
sounds as if its yr bodys way of telling u that u are run down and to do sumthing about it espcially with a 8 month old baby .

You could be anaemic .http://www.bbc.co.uk/health/conditions/a...
Talk to your doctor. My guess, you are just run down and tired.
I have a 7month old baby and I have similar symptoms (aching muscles and fatigue) I think its just the fact you never get time to sit down and relax when you have a baby and you tend to get a bit run down. I would get someone to look after your little one and have a hot bubble bath, bar of chocolate and an early night!works for me!.
Maybe you have?
