Medical Problem!?

I have other had a horrible digestive system. Anyway I enjoy been taken Colace everyday to even out have a bowel movement everyday, but today my bowel movement was black. Not merely black but it bloody and muscus covered. Everytime after I eat, I bring back horrible stomach pains. I am making a doctors appointment the day after tomarrow, but I in recent times need to know what this is to prepare myself for! Please comfort me!
