I'm not sure what this is but if I push with some pressure between my thigh be the underwear line is i can grain what feels approaching fat. sometimes i can get the impression it and sometimes i can't. i tend to freak out a lot within I think something is wrong near me. Like i said the are isn't discolored and the thing is the size of a pea or even for a while smaller. I'm terrified. I don't know what to do. It feel like flab. It's not hard is kinda squishy and most of the time i can't discern it. it doesn't hurt at all any. Someone help. I'm really upset.

It souns like it is some features of lump but it is very small from what you own described. It can be from something that is severely simple to something that can be life threatning as it can indicate cell growth. Go see a Doctor if it is bothering you profoundly. That is the only passageway to find out.
If its smaller then a pea its possible that it's a pimple, my cousin have one not to long ago, otherwise, im not sure

I hold one of these too on my stomach. It could be a boil forming (big pimple) or it could just be a calcium deposit. I wouldn't verbs but watch it and if it grows or starts to really bother you see a doctor.
