Why do i other obtain run down right past my extent?

a good week past my period is due i capture so run down and suffer from really bad pms!

i am not on the pill and don't want to be any. i just looked-for to know if there be other women out there that are suffers as powerfully when it comes to that time of the month? i get so tired, moody, depressed and you autograph it i've got it. as luck would have it it's over and done w/ now but i dread 3 weeks time.

oh im alike way and i am on the pill! resembling today (im due for my period within about 2 days) i of late dont feel approaching moving. i got within my car and go to walmart to get a few things, once i parked i sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes. finally i only just drove home and took a nap, i never even get out of the car! Im other like this right back my period. nil helps, no meds no caffeine, nought. i feel indistinguishable, just stay home next to a good movie and your fav stuffed animal or blanket and a moment ago be alone with some rime cream and cookies haha good luck girl!xoxo

Me too sister you aren't alone I achieve like a mack truck hits me next to a mood - I am not one to be a grump but a few days before I am really pissy - it's our hormones - I find midol or lots of dampen helps and the daytime of my period I am so darn exhausted.
Yeah i bring those feelings too. Somethimes back my period or somethimes after. Its everyday dont worry nearly it. Only worry just about it when you get so depressed that you dont comfort about anything.
I reflect all women own this to a certain extent. Check beside your doctor to make sure you're not anemic, which will mingy you'll need to find more iron. For the depression, again ask your doctor, and maybe have a word to a therapist? I hold a really good one who help me a lot.

Otherwise, try to attain some exercise every day, drink adequate water and drink a balanced diet. Easy on the alcohol and caffeine, and try to gain enough sleep. Remember to shift out and have some fun beside friends once in a while, don't stay home by yourself too much.
